The Organizing Committee of the 2003 INTERNATIONAL YUNLIN PUPPET THEATRE FESTIVAL would like to have the pleasure to invite your puppet group to participate in this festival, which will be held from 1th through 13th, July 2003 in Yun Lin County, Taiwan, Republic of China. The Yun Lin County Government and its Cultural Affairs Bureau, with the sponsorship of the Council for Cultural Affairs, are organizing the 2003 INTERNATIONAL YUNLIN PUPPET THEATRE FESTIVAL. Followings are the general guidelines for the Festival: ~The Festival will provide local transportation from and to Yun Lin County. Each group is responsible for providing its own transportation to and from its country; ~The total number of the members in your group should be under fifteen (15) persons, including performers, musicians, directors and anyone who will participate in the Festival from your country. ~The Festival will provide accommodation, meals, and local transportation during the Festival. We'll be very delighted, if you could give us a reply/confirmation mail via email or fax by 15th, Feb., 2003. It's also very appreciated for you to send us something about your group, e. g. brief introduction (in Engl ish or Chinese), photos, videotapes, publication, and so on.

We are looking forward to hearing from you soon and hopefully meeting you in the coming Festival in Yun Lin, TAIWAN.
